Road Rage was a high-intensity EDM drive-in concert experience hosted at Portland International Raceway during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Featuring synchronized visuals, FM audio transmission, and a stacked lineup of top-tier DJs, the event reimagined live music in a fully contactless, vehicle-based setting—while delivering the scale and energy fans expect from a true festival experience.

INSIGHT
EDM fans crave more than sound—they seek a full sensory journey. Even from inside their vehicles, if we could deliver elite audio, curated visuals, and synchronized show moments, we could recreate the magic of a shared festival environment.
SOLUTION
Treadway engineered a completely contactless drive-in format featuring FM-broadcast audio, multi-screen synchronized visuals, and precise show control. We partnered with PK Sound to ensure premium sound quality across the massive outdoor space. Our team handled talent booking, safety planning, ticketing, marketing, stage coordination, AV, logistics, and onsite execution in partnership with trusted vendors. The two-night lineup included Midnight Tyrannosaurus, Downlink, TRUTH, Stylust, Hi I’m Ghost, Crimes, Megalodon, LAXX, and Hal-V & SpaceCase.
RESULTS
Sold out in record time, Road Rage welcomed thousands of fans across two nights (April 16–17, 2021). The event drew widespread attention from EDM influencers and local media and generated high social engagement.
